8-24-08 Tuning AEM EMS at AEM dyno facility by Mitch Pederson. Thanks to JC (owner of AEM) for the use of the dyno. Slam, my old Nissan buddy hooked it all up since he works there (AEM) now.  294 whp and 275 ft-lbs @ 1 bar boost.  Motor is basically stock S15 with Tomei 550cc injectors (66% duty cycle) and Greddy intake and exhaust manifolds and of coarse the AEM stand alone EMS.

  

7-19-08 Purchased a Wolf Creek Racing CV half shaft kit from Shawn from the DQ classifieds. Brand new never installed. Supposed to reduce rotating mass by 7 pounds and be unbreakable! Check out the u-joints that were the old set up.  Will take pics when installed.

6-15-08  Install of AEM stand alone EMS.  Mitch Peterson from AEM and SLAM helping to install.  This involves installing all the sensors needed for the AEM EMS to know what's happening and also some minor re-wiring.  The adapter replaces and eliminates the MAF. Next will be to go to the dyno to tune it!  Supposed to get more power and more fuel efficiency with the new AEM EMS!

1-18-08 Installation of new set of fans for the 3rd time.  Madison Radiator installed 2 new SPAL fans of different diameters to achieve the maximum cooling (CFM) for the limited space available behind the radiator.  Custom powder coated brackets utilized to hold down the fans in place.  The larger fan cools the side of the exhaust manifold.

9-23-06 Getting ready for the show............bolting it all up!  The R200, brakes, sway bar and new rear arms have been sitting on my garage floor for almost a year just waiting for this moment!

9-18-06 Getting ready to bolt it all up!  Look at the the tire clearance in the rear, no cutting or grinding. Brembo calipers going on next week if all goes well. 13 inch rotors front and 12+ inch plus on the rear.

9-17-06  Longer stub axle on the Right side on the R200, shorter on the Left side.....per Mario Lozano. This model FK452) tire just came out a few months ago and Falken ran out of the 1st batch run in my size.  I called Los Angeles to Miami and finally found a dealer a few blocks from my home that had some 1st batch still in stock.

9-18-05 At AutoHan performance for electrical work....almost ready to start! Check out the Master Tech Jr Galindo working on the rear suspension.

8-26-05 Out of Mario's shop!  Custom tranny cover, strut bar, piping and fuel lines.

7-28-05 Off to TSR to get work done!  Turbo piping, throttle cable installation, fuel lines installed, and some coolant and oil lines and a bunch of other stuff to get the car running!

7-10-05 Hood props installed.

5-1-05  Starting to look like a car

2-27-05 Radiator and Intercoolor are in! Now it's starting to look like a car!

2-11-05 RHD steering link all prettied up with new Energy Suspension bushings. Center link flipped and welded by TSR.

1-20-05 Custom welded drive shaft taking the S15 Silvia yoke and welding it to the 510 shaft. Perfect measuring is important here. These pics are all after the welding, but notice the stock S15 cut short shaft.

1-20-05 Radiator fans with custom fabricated brackets. This custom bracket was made by Mario.  He used titanium flat fasteners to bolt the bracket to the fan housing without damaging the radiator fins.

12-31-04 Engine finally in the car thanks to Obed! Check out the front cross member and trans mount.

12-29-04 Engine compartment getting painted and cleared.  All the components had to be taken down to paint it right.  Paint done by Sheridan.

12-11-04  Engine is out!  Look who is curiously working in the home of the S15 SR20 engine!  He finally falls asleep in the compartment! Look at the mock valve covers including the Sprite special cover!  76 holes were filled on this round of work!
